One thing that we both have in common is an extensive history of waiting tables at various restaurants. Still today we have server work-dreams (nightmares actually), speak the lingo, and are haunted by the experiences that ultimately we’re so grateful for… because they shaped the way we solve problems, set expectations, train our team, deal with customer issues, manage stress, and so much more.
