Arrive 10-15 min. before your scheduled time to get situated. There will be another client booked immediately after you, so if you’re late it will cut into your shoot time! Payment is due upon booking and is non-refundable. If you no-show, you lose your money and may not reschedule. We appreciate your understanding with the nature of this product, and there will not be any exceptions. If you have something come up and cannot make it, you may transfer it to a friend, just email us and let us know who to expect. 

When your time slot begins, you will have a 10 min. “Game Plan” with your photographer and stylist followed by a 20 min. photo shoot. When your 30 min. is up, you will move over to a monitor to review your photos and make selections. You can choose your favorite 15 images that are included with your session fee, as well as have the option to purchase additional images. Here, we will go over each photo and take your retouching notes so that we can make sure they are just what you want. 

Then go home and try not to anxiously refresh your email waiting for your photos! We’ll get them to you as fast as we can while still making sure to deliver our very high standards of quality. You will have your photos back within 1 week.
